ONYX TERMS OF USE

1. About this application
Onyx is an independent launcher for Minecraft Java Edition. These terms apply
to use of this Onyx build supplied by its individual distributor. They do not
replace Microsoft's, Mojang's, Minecraft's, a server's or a mod author's terms.

OR MICROSOFT.

2. Permission and accounts
Use only Microsoft accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You must
have the required Minecraft license and comply with the applicable Minecraft
EULA, Microsoft Services Agreement and server rules. Every game launch requires
Microsoft authentication and live Minecraft Java ownership and profile
verification. Unauthenticated local gameplay and cached offline ownership
fallbacks are not provided. Onyx does not grant a Minecraft license or bypass
service approvals. Failed or unavailable verification prevents launch.
If you need parental permission under applicable law or service terms, obtain
it before using the application or signing in.

3. Acceptable use
Do not use or modify Onyx to steal credentials, distribute malware, deceive
other users, access accounts without permission, or violate applicable law.
Keep third party copyright and license notices when distributing permitted
copies. Separate licenses govern third party code, fonts, game files and mods.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Minecraft, Microsoft accounts or
third party content to Onyx or its distributor.

4. Downloads and services
Game files, Java, loaders and selected mods are downloaded from their providers
when needed and may use substantial disk space and internet data. Providers
may change or withdraw releases and access. The owner supplied a Microsoft
rejection email dated 19 October 2026 for this build's application registration.
This review candidate is not approved, and no new request has been submitted.
A rejection or pending review does not entitle Onyx to bypass that decision. No Microsoft
login success, FPS improvement, server access or permanent service availability
is promised. The app installs no background updater or advertising service.

5. Security and privacy
Read the included Privacy Notice before signing in. Never share a device login
code, Microsoft password or session token. Install only mods and Java runtimes
that you trust. Mods run with your Windows permissions and can access game
memory. Local encryption and private launch pipes reduce exposure; they do not
protect against all malware, an administrator or a compromised Windows account.
Do not treat this application as a secure container for untrusted code.

6. Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this build is provided as available,
without a promise that it is error free or suitable for every purpose. Back up
worlds before changing game versions or mods. Nothing in these terms removes
consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do
not create an entitlement to paid support or future updates.

7. Changes and ending use
A materially revised version of these terms requires acceptance again in the
app. You may stop using Onyx at any time. Sign out to remove its stored account
session. Uninstalling the program preserves game data unless you expressly
choose otherwise; use the data folder to manage local worlds and settings.
For support or privacy requests, contact the distributor who supplied your
build using the contact details supplied with that distribution. Do not send
passwords, device codes or tokens with a support request.

By selecting Agree and Continue you confirm that you have read these terms and
the Privacy Notice and agree to use this build on that basis. If you disagree,
close the application and do not sign in or launch games through it.
